Important Information:

• • All prices quoted and payments accepted are in Australian Dollars.
  • We accept all major credit cards and EFT.
  • Price quoted is inclusive of all Road Tolls and the first 10 minutes are included as fare but if the driver pays for the additional parking charges then it will be charged on you. Parking Fees where applicable.
  • Bookings made for hours between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am should have at least 12 hours of notice. If making a booking for these hours after 6:00 pm and no later then 9:00pm, please call us at +61 412 312 219 ( No SMS ) to check the availability of the vehicles. In such case an automated email confirmation of booking may not be valid.
  • Prices quoted are for direct transfers and will change in case of any diversion or additional pick up or drop off points with in the pre-planned trip.
  • Public events usually invite a different rate as defined by the market and agreed upon by the customer.
  • Between 11.00 pm – 04.00 am a night surcharge of $15 per booking is applicable (Excludes pickup from airports). A $10 surcharge is applicable on INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ARRIVALS.
  • Baby or Booster Seats are charged at $20 per item for every journey if required.
  • We assure our customers that the vehicles will be on time. Our drivers will wait for the customer for maximum 10 minutes. An additional $1.20 per minute is charged after the grace period of 10 minutes past the booking time has lapsed.
  • For the airport pickups, we will monitor your flight, therefore wait time is not charged up to 30 minutes after landing to any customer arriving at the airport. We do not monitor chartered flights, therefore wait time may be charged .
  • Upon receiving a booking, an automated email will be sent to your email address with the details for you to double check. GOLDWING EXECUTIVE CARS (GEC) will endeavor to contact you for re-confirmation of the booking. If a response is not received from the phone number or email address supplied to us at the time of booking, GOLDWING EXECUTIVE CARS (GEC) reserves the right to cancel such booking.
